At SimRacingWH, we stand for one thing above all: delivering excellent customer service to every racer who walks through our door—whether you’re just unboxing your first wheel and pedals or you’re a veteran chasing thousandths on iRacing. Our motto says it all: customer service excellence at all levels. No gatekeeping, no upselling nonsense, just honest help from people who actually race and understand what you need to go faster and have more fun.

What is our mission?

Our mission is simple and uncompromising: to be the best U.S. distributor of quality sim racing gear. We curate only the products we’d trust on our own rigs, stand behind every item we sell, and make sure they reach you quickly and in perfect condition. From entry-level direct-drive bundles to high-end motion systems, if it carries the SimRacingWH name, it’s been vetted by racers for racers.

We’re building a reputation that speaks for itself: unbeatable customer service, bulletproof product quality, and a team that’s both deeply knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Who Runs The Organisation?

Sim Racing Warehouse LLC is led by Joe Bricky, a longtime sim racer and two  service military veteran who spent five years as Vice President of VRS assisting customers get good service.  Joe still turns competitive laps weekly, knows IndyCar inside out, and maintains direct relationships throughout the real-world paddock. His passion for racing—virtual and real—drives every decision we make, ensuring the shop is always run by someone who truly understands the seat you’re sitting in.
