Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This return policy applies to all orders placed through our store, including Google Shopping ads. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

Additional Information

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

Terms of Service for Event Services

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of event simulator rental services (“Services”) by SIM RACING WAREHOUSE LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) to you (“Client”). By booking Services, Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide rental of sim racing simulators, including delivery, setup, operation (if agreed), and teardown for events.

2. Booking and Payment

Deposit required to reserve dates.

Full payment due [specify, e.g., 30 days] prior to event.

Payments non-refundable except as stated in cancellation section.

3. Cancellation

Client cancellation >30 days before event: full refund minus deposit.

<30 days: no refund.

We reserve right to cancel due to force majeure; full refund provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe, accessible venue with power and space.

Supervise participants; ensure safe use.

Client liable for misuse by guests.

5. Equipment Care and Liability

Equipment rented “as is.” Client responsible for loss, damage, or theft beyond normal wear.

Client to pay repair/replacement costs.

Client indemnifies us against claims from injury or damage arising from use.

6. Insurance

Client must maintain adequate insurance covering equipment and liability; provide certificate upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability limited to fees paid. No consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., weather, acts of God).

9. Governing Law

Governed by laws of Missouri. Disputes in Branson courts.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute full agreement. Amendments in writing.
